"Terrible as the Hotel double booked"

I don’t know, wouldn’t let us stay

Front desk was extremely unprofessional. Booking.com got ahold of the property and informed them I could not stay but would pay full price for both nights to stay the second night which the property agreed. Upon arrival after a 7 hour drive the property gave my booking away and also charged me. I had to scramble to find another room at another Hotel and my son almost missed his first professional football game which was a Christmas present.
