Sheraton Salt Lake City Hotel

Everything was great !

Only thing i didn't like was shower heads it sprayed everywhere felt like i didn't shower

I’ve stayed here several times and figured it would be a stellar stay as usual. Room right was right by an exit door to the parking lot announced. It sounded like every noise is in the room with you. There was no way to white noise over the door closing and the feet shaking the ceiling from the room above. And being by an exit brought an insect friend into our room. They were kind enough to change our rooms after my friend called and requested it. Love the courtyard and location, beds are amazing, so freaking comfy.

Our first room we were placed in had mold all over the bathroom. Expedia staff was no help at all, they wouldn’t even offer a refund just “too bad so sad”. Thankfully the Sheraton manager Dave was incredibly kind and helpful. Their staff is incredible but the hotel definitely could use some updating. Expedia was by far the worst part of the experience

Nice clean place to stay. Food pricing a little high for what you get. Would recommend it to friends and family.

The bed has metal sticking out of the bottom that would cut you. The fridge had to be unplugged because it was so loud. There was no garbage sacks in any garbage. The shower has 2 heads and they were plugged and leaked.

Was a very nice hotel. But they charge $18 for parking and has a very limited parking except for in the very back of the hotel. Also where I booked it said breakfast was $10 and when we got there they said it was $20 per person

Excellent location. Although our room was a very long walk from the lobby!

My room was not service during my stay there. Also, to wait past 3pm for my checkin.
