Property Notes

Please note that the reception is open from 8:30 - 12:00. We do take phone calls al day. From the train station Zand Square take bus 41 or 42 and get off at Dudzele Dorp, 800 metres from the hostel which is located next to the river. For special taxi rates, please contact the hostel in advance. Please note that when the reception is closed, guests can always contact us by phone. A colleague will kindly help guests with their check-in. Towels are not included in the rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 2 per towel, per stay or bring their own. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Het is goed voor een snelle doorreis, dus voor max. 2 nachten."

Hulpvaardigheid van de verantwoordelijke. De kamer was zeer proper en uitstekende douche. Het ontbijt was voldoende.

In een geboekte privé-kamer mag er iets meer comfort zijn. Nu is het zeer basic ingericht en vooral op schoolgroepen en backpackers gericht. Ook moest er bijbetaald worden voor een extra handdoek.

Petit déjeuner trop simple, avec du pain industriel (marqué décongelé), familles avec des enfants faisant du bruit tard le soir, matelas plus petit que le sommier.

Good location to visit both Bruges and the coast, pleasant bus ride in both directions. The staff was extraordinarily nice, warm and welcoming and always ready to help and give advice. Very affordable.

The facilities are as basic as it gets. The floor that leads to the rooms and the windowless shower and toilet are indeed prisonlike. The bed is not very inviting and comfortable. Bring your own towels!
