"Hotel with guests...roaches"

It was close to the Riverwalk

The hotel was in disrepair. Carpets were extremely dirty. I had a roach fall from ceiling on my face in bed. Got a video..spoke to front desk clerk Angela showing her my video. She had no authority and hotel manager would not speak to me. She stated he would be 20mins before he would come out. I powered thru my stay and made myself a promise. Never again

The river walk was easily accessible and a great location for great restaurants and bars. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The staff were friendly and attentive.

The bathtub/shower didn't drain so we had water in the tub. The staff were notified and said it will be addressed.
