Due to fire code in Vancouver city: - Room with one bed (one queen bed or one king size bed) max. occupancy 2 people including children of any age - Room with two beds (two double beds or two queen size beds) max. occupancy 4 people including children of any age Children older than 12 years old are considered adults, and will be charged additional fee if not included in reservation, since the rate is based on 2 people only. Extra bed cannot be counted as actual bed, and will not affect occupancy restrictions. Guests are required to provide a valid credit card and accompanying photo ID upon check-in. Credit card will be used for an authorization that will be held until check out time. Cash deposits are not accepted. Different methods of payment will be available at the check out time.
