We had a wonderful experience during our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. We would especially like to thank Lucia for her kindness, understanding, and exceptional support. She went above and beyond to assist our family and made us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Thanks to Lucia and the entire hotel team, our trip was stress-free and memorable. "Wonderful mini trip to Vancouver, B. C. from USA"

We loved being right downtown and able to walk around the city and explore. Hotel was clean, and welcoming. We showed up 4 hrs before we could check in and was able to park the car in their secure garage and go out and explore the city on foot. It's definatly not a driving city. You can walk, ride a bike or rent an electric scooter. Beautiful city. We will be back.

There was drug paraphernalia around the city. But I understand now days you find that everywhere. It's a sad world we live in now. That wasn't the hotels fault at all, the ammenities around hotel and interior were clean and free of these items. 😉
