I had a fantastic experience with Carly Xu and the morning front desk team. From the moment I arrived, they were welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and efficient. Carly's friendly demeanor and professionalism stood out, as she took the time to answer my questions and ensure I had everything I needed for my stay. The entire team was incredibly helpful, always ready with a smile and quick to assist with any requests. Their positive energy set the tone for my visit, making me feel valued as a guest. It's clear that they work well together and genuinely care about providing excellent service. I can't recommend Carly and the morning front desk team enough; they truly made my experience memorable!

The welcoming staff was excellent, especially the lady ( I forgot her name) who processed my reservation; she was there for me in every step of my stay; unfortunately she wasn't on service when I checked out. My room wasn't done when I came back at around 4pm, but the lady offered clean towels because she was at the end of her shift and that was good enough for us.

There was no handicap parking close by and I didn't see any even at the back of the hotel; for a wheelchair user it is a big problem and in winter it'll be a real challenge for disabled people
