USUSThey gave a unknown person a key to my room and when I wanted to switch rooms they told me I would have to pay for another night in order to switch my room.

The staff wasn’t helpful and very complacent when I complained about a noise complaint from a park car that interrupted my rest both in the evening and morning. However the owner was very helpful at the end.
