After the second night, I departed, despite having reserved a five-day stay. Although I expressed my dissatisfaction daily, I endured three days without air conditioning. Each time I visited the office to lodge a complaint, I was assured that it would be promptly resolved. There was no hot water in the shower during my entire stay. One of the reasons I opted to remain there was the kitchenette. The kitchenette was unusable. There was no one present to clean the room or replace the towels during my entire stay. I was provided with a key to a room on the third floor by the receptionist on the first night. I attempted to unlock the door when an individual from within the room appeared through the window and presented me with a firearm. The girl at the front desk was unaware that the room was occupied. I was required to return to the room I was assigned on the third floor three times due to an issue with the card reader at the door. They neglected to repair the card reader. Each time I required entry into the room, I was obliged to engage in a five-minute dispute with the card reader. Following the second night, I proceeded to the office to notify the front desk of my intention to vacate the premises and to request a refund. The individual at the front desk became enraged and raised her voice. She refused to listen to an explanation of the reason for my departure and the reason for my request for a refund.
