Extended Stay America Suites - Chicago - Skokie

Pleasant and friendly staff. Clean, Comfortable and affordable accommodations. I would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely stay again.

Room was comfortable, location was good.

Staff was nice enough, but they kept thinking I was staying for 1 night and my key cards stopped working each day. They said it was my fault for keeping it in my wallet and my credit cards messing with the strip, but I had it in a separate pocket. I had to call the front desk several times to let me into the building and request new keys. Breakfast was a joke. Facility was rundown, they were very adamant about me not smoking (I don't smoke) but then the hallways were filled with smoke and weed smell. The room was spacious and comfy enough, but that's about it. There was a kitchenette which was nice, but no plates, utensils, or anything else that would make it usable. They broke the single most important rule of hotel stays, no coffee pot in the room.

A funcionária nos passou que para se conectar ao Wi-Fi precisaria de um cadastro, o qual não estava dando certo para nós, ao informá-la e pedir ajuda, ela queria eu ligasse para a companhia para tentar resolver. Fiquei bem chateada, pois ao meu ver o hotel quem deveria resolver, visto que paguei por uma reserva que incluía a Wi-Fi. Isso é básico.
