It was an older place, but very clean and comfortable beds.

The worst hotel experience ever. I reserved a king bed room and was given a room with 2 full/queen beds, the floor was sticky, there was some unidentified white goo splattered on the chair, light switches and cabinets in the kitchen were dirty and sticky, food splattered on the ceiling, people outside loitering in the parking lot at weird hours of the night. I was traveling solo and didn’t feel safe OR clean at this place and after the first night I ended up staying somewhere else even though it was non refundable. 100% would not recommend. It was just okay. Clean and comfortable enough, but high prices for 0 amenities, not even soap or shampoo. Threatened to charge per item if I asked for extra towels or anything else during my stay of less than 14 days, when the letter I received from Extended Stay, NOT Hotels.com, clearly stated these items could be requested for free.

We were visiting family nearby & wanted a hotel with a refrigerator for just over a week. This hotel was in a perfect area and had a refrigerator but not much else. Pros: very reasonable rate, decent bed and shower. Room size is good. Did have a refrigerator and plenty of parking. Room was clean but shabby. Hotel was mostly quiet. Front desk was pleasant and helpful. Great area with lots of restaurants and stores within a short driving distance. Cons: as stated above, hotel fixtures are rather shabby. No housekeeping done in over a week that we were there. You can request clean towels - at a cost. We threw out our own garbage and bought our own towels and toilet paper. Nothing comes in the room. No coffeemaker, you can buy dishware or cookware from front desk. No cups. I asked at desk for a hairdryer because that’s one thing I do not travel with. They did let me have one and I promptly returned when we checked out. All in all, if you can supply your own equipment, the room is decent at the cost. When we visit next, however, I think I’ll be checking out other places.

I stayed at the hotel this weekend to personally catch up on some rest and go to a appt downtown. The hotel is clean, the walkway and parking lot was shoveled and salted even during the snow storm. The staff is always friendly and their rates are always very competitive.
