What I liked most about the property was its proximity to the 49ers stadium and how it has its own smoking area with a bbq smoker. I also liked the comfort of the bed ,queen size.

My unit 243 didn’t have ac or heating I get hot at night and early morning and the ac didn’t function at all . I ended up getting really hot and sweaty .

This hotel is a nightmare. I stayed here as some work was being done on our house, and it was shockingly bad. Cons: Black mold on the walls. A serious health hazard, not to mention gross. The kitchen light didn't work, but who needs light in the kitchen, right? Especially since the stove didn't work either, so no sense in cooking. The room was outfitted with the bare minimum in kitchen essentials - a few dishes, some chipped glasses, some silverware, one frying pan, and one small saucepan (gourmets should stay elsewhere). The lobby was a mess, and there was a strange musty smell in the stairwell. No daily service in the rooms, as they said the staff only cleans once a week. Front desk staff was rude. They charge $250 for incidentals (a refundable deposit) that you don't find out about until you check in. Loud A/C unit. It's next to the railroad tracks so there is some train noise throughout the day and evening. Pros: They accept dogs. I always appreciate that. They even have a little fake pet lawn outside with poop bags in case your furry friend needs to relieve himself. WiFi was free, but parking wasn't. It's next to Starbucks and a bagel spot for morning munchies (there is no restaurant at the hotel). When I complained about the issues above, I was promptly moved to another room. Luckily, another room was available, and this one was without mold and with a working stove. Would I stay here again? No way. Management has a lot of work to do on this one to make it acceptable.

I needed to write a whole series of emails. There is a nice desk but not only was the chair broken, it was ratty looking, old and slimy. (Pic attached). Plus they completely messed up on my bill. The only plus is the gym—well equipped for a small hotel.

Limpieza de la habitacion debe ser diaria o cada dos dias. No limpiaron la habitacion por una semana. La ducha de la habitacion podria ser mejor. El agua caliente no es muy caliente. La TV tiene canales que no funcionan.

Staff and rooms are excellent . Close to the restaurant. University is right across from the hotel . Nice and quiet no really noise also pet friendly .

The front desk was friendly and very accommodating. The hotel is not the cleanest. I observed bags of garbage in the first floor hall. There’s an overall odor…maybe of smoke. The first floor room smelled heavily of smoke, so I requested another and was transferred to a third floor room, which was much better, but there was still a bit of that smell. I just didn’t trust that my room had actually been sterilized. Other than that, the bed was very comfortable. It was quiet. Everything worked; nothing was broken. I felt safe with the indoor halls/doors and locks. I appreciated that there was an elevator between floors. The front desk attendant was super friendly.

Our room was fine, nothing fancy but large and clean with refrigerator, microwave, etc. Our issue was that just as we were going to sleep, the smoke/co2 alarm started chirping, and the hotel had no solution for us other than to change rooms. We had to pack up everything and change floors/rooms. Further, we were using the pull out bed, so we had to set that up (again), and all the old bedding was still on the bed. We were so tired, we took off the old /dirty bedding, piled it in the corner, remade the bed with fresh bedding and went to sleep.
