L'appart hôtel en lui-même est parfait, le lit confortable, le parking est un confort également

La laverie pour les ressortissants européens est très compliqué car il faut un numéro de téléphone américain pour utiliser l'application.

Room is clean, shower is great, on-site laundry is awesome, staff is always pleasant

The internet is terrible. The hardline doesn't work and the wifi could barely connect, when/if it finally did the signal strength was so weak I could barely check my email let alone do anything else.

It was well lit and in a quiet location

Bed was not very comfortable, television remote was not in the room, went to the desk to get one and that didn’t work either, no breakfast

The staff went over and above.

What's not to like? Staff is wonderful. Sonesta always pleases, in my honest opinion. The location is walking distance to the most amazing market I've seen, and I enjoyed some delish Italian delicacies.

You need a car to get around, but like I mentioned, the market and some other stores you can walk to.

Was very good place the localization

Hallways were old and dated but ok otherwise. No breakfast was a negative too
