Sonesta Simply Suites Las Vegas Convention Center

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, especially Ruby who checked us in, and conveniently located to the convention center. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet

I was disappointed that the pool was not functional and I wasn't advised before booking or arrival. Walking across the street to another hotel is not sufficient. This should have been communicated more effectively as I was really looking forward to staying at a hotel with a pool

It was very quiet. Room was awesome had everything we needed and ver spacious.

Roomy, as stated when booked 2 bed avaiable.

The way they charge Guest. Before arriving was asking okay to late check or not. But there is a fee so I didn't consent or confirm to pay the fee for late check out. Their staff put a note of late check out for my booking already and not mentioned about it during check-in. We check out @ 11am under regular check out time but they still charge late check out fee. They charge something not happened or not provided to customer. It's a bad practice

Nice room and kitchen.

The check-in in staff was slow and lacked hospitality. The TV in the living room was scrambles and cable did not work in the main bedroom, PBS was our only option.
