"Very disappointing"

Location was great

We got two rooms and instant regret the moment we opened the doors. They were both stifling hot and had an unidentified horrible odor. The TV didn’t work in one of the rooms and the other rooms TV was small. Like 19”. Disproportionate to the room. The AC did get the rooms cool enough eventually but the stink never left. The breakfast was also subpar.

Location was nice. Appears to be a nice neighborhood.

Room wasnt clean. Room phone was covered in a sticky substance, found trash in room, bathroom had dirt built up in corners. Just felt the room needed of a deep cleaning.

"Our room and the breakfast were very nice!"

Breakfast was good!!! The room was comfortable and mostly quiet. It was easy to find the ice machine. The towels were nice and there were enough.

The Welcome Desk/check in location, had the most horrific smell!! It was our second stay and it smelled the same both visits! It was some kind of Eucalyptus room freshener but it was so overwhelming and Im actually allergic to it. It made me cough severely!! Smells awful!!!

"Nice, Clean Hotel in Springfield, MO"

The hotel was very clean and quiet. I loved that they had a refrigerator and microwave in the room.

It was just a bit far from where I was in Springfield - not their fault.
