You had to get your own towels. There was no housekeeping on site. If u needed something you had to tell the front desk and then get it yourself. Definitely wouldnt recommend

The rooms smell too much of cigarettes and have cockroaches.

Hotel and room were clean but this location is very outdated. AC unit was making a strange rattle noise every couple minutes but still kept the room cool.

I have stayed here before but probably won't again. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned and for fresh towels (twice). My bed was never made up in seven days. I would say that either they are severely understaffed, or they are trying to economize. Either way this was not up to the standard that I had experienced in the past.

Shower knob and head were loose in wall. Looked like mold.behind toiletmin bath room in wall. Hallway floors seems.uneven.

The room smelled terrible. The curtains need to be cleaned, they are very dirty. The pillow cases are stained and the mattress is uncomfortable and sunken. I felt I was going to roll off the bed. The bathroom was dusty, it looked like someone sanded the wall and left the dust behind. The coffee maker wasn't cleaned and didn't work.

Room was clean, but not cleaned daily. Included breakfast was cold outside of eggs, and waffle batter dispenser worked 1/2 the time. Hotel smelled of curry front to back.

The room has beeen recently updated, was clean. We needed a stay close to the hospital and this was so close. The staff was super friendly,
