"Substandard for the brand."

Good parking. Good location. Good TV selections. In-room coffee.

Heaters in the passageways. Dirty carpet in my room. Limited temp AC (wouldn'tgo below 70)... room exceedingly warm. Breakfast was inedible. No one was attending front desk when I wanted to check out, so I was unable to get a printed receipt.

The breakfast was better than I expected, and great for a complimentary breakfast. They had a pancake machine, along with bacon and eggs. The room was nice, the staff were all very friendly... basically this place was everything I could ask for in the way of budget accommodations.

"A+ Stay, no regrets. Just book it already!"

I cannot say enough positives about this hotel! If we are ever in the area again, this will be our only spot to stay! 1. Clean. Not a single area was in disarray. It is a well maintained property. 2. Breakfast. It changed each day (we stayed 3 nights). There were plenty of options for all of us. It was extremely well-maintained and it was never crowded. 3. Staff were friendly. Every. Single. Encounter! 4. Now here's a secret for family. Do the only pool side room they have. Trust me. You will NOT regret it! Let's just talk about the convenience alone. Other perks for us, the pool area had the laundry area. I was able to wash clothes while the kids stayed busy in the pool. 5. Pool. Clean, great activities and wasn't crowded. 6. Beds were comfortable. I think I hit all the major areas when considering a place to stay. All in all, A+ accommodations! Thank you for a great stay!!!
