Staff was rude, room wasn’t cleaned everyday. Mattresses were worn out! After check out they called and said our dog was in the room barking. And we were going to be charged an extra $250! I explained my husband didn’t have a dog with him! If we did why would we leave our dog behind after check out! Staff is extremely rude!!

This was a great stop for us. The staff meet all of our needs, kept towels in the pool area, and the breakfast area well stocked, including fresh fruit. Everything was clean and quiet. I appreciate the long pool/hot tub hours plus hot water in the tot tub.
Great location. Service was excellent. The TV in my room wasn’t working so they moved me to another room.
USThis was our first time at this brand hotel and we were very pleased. They are smaller hotels (we have passed several more now) and have clean comfortable rooms. The toilet and shower area left some space to be desired- literally the door barely misses the toilet, but other that that the experience was very good!
A few more breakfast items would be nice, but they offered all the standard hotel stuff.
