Suburban Studios Abercorn

Travel to Savannah for a friend of family daughter's wedding. Would have preferred something close to inner city and the location of the rest of wedding party however the Extended stay was relatively easy to get back and forth. from. The room was clean and what could be expected. The outside grounds were likewise.

We just needed a clean, safe, cheep place to land at night. This place isn't fancy, but it was clean and quiet. And we'll worth the $47 a night we spent:)

First of all, this motel has a building with what looked like Section 8 guests living there. I got in late close to 10pm and the office door was locked. I communicated with the staff member checking me in through a glass counter. I instantly get the sense that the motel is either not in a safe area or it wasn't a safe place. I had booked online for a non smoking room but instead was given a smoking room with a door that barely locks. The room smelled and there was a roach crawling on the floor. I was too tired to make a fuss but as I got into bed, I thought the sheets looked dirty and saw a small roach crawling on my sheets and that was when I got really upset and complaint to the front desk. He claims all the rooms are cleaned but when I insisted that there were roaches crawling in my room and that was unacceptable, he reluctantly reassigned me to another room which was cleaner, did not smell of smoke and did not appear to have roaches crawling. Nonetheless I will never return to this motel. The building facilities are filthy and the room was mediocre.

This was a just a getaway for the children. The room was okay, but comfortable. It was very clean. The beds are twin beds. So if you decide to bring a family of 4 this wouldn't work. Only 1 person per bed. Overall I would stay here again because it close to restaurants, shopping malls, and other stores.

I chose this hotel because it was convenient to the places I needed to get to and it provided me with much needed alone and rest time.

The stay was not bad. The room was generally clean but there were stains and hair in the bathroom and the walls in the main room look like they had been barely cleaned.

While I do know I wasn't checking into the Ritz, I did expect the room to be at least clean. The room smelled of foullness as soon as we stepped in. The remote was coated in something sticky, I dare not imagine. The bathroom door litterally had spattered dirt and filth about it. Thankfully I brought a blanket to cover the bed so my daughter didn't have to sleep directly on the sheets. Come on guys take some pride... And buy some bleach!!

Quite and comfortable also in a great location it is near the mall and other entertainment.

Room could have been a little more clean, you could tell the room was old and run down. The bed was comfortable, the a.c. was cold and for the price you really can't complain

This hotel does not deserve to be in this website. - Receptionist without aptitude to guest. Receptionist did not really care about us. - Dirty stairs. (Cigarettes, papers, Pet pi or human pi smell). - Room with weird smell. (animal smell, sweat smell who knows.) - Malfunction Wi-Fi. - Noisy. - Lack of hygiene in the room. - No hotel for family vacation. - Hotel 5 min to Savannah in a helicopter. The real time is 30-40 min. - Weird people as guest.
