I don't like leaving bad reviews but this has to be said. The moment we pulled up it felt very uncomfortable. People hanging out all over the property. That wasn't much of an issue but what was an issue was that they tried to give me a room with no TV. 😲🤔 Then when Insisted on waiting for a room with a TV, they provided one with a TV but no refrigerator. The room was small and spelled like a carton of cigarettes was smoked in it. I am not picky because I was Bolling on a budget but come on ya'll. A room with no TV is like a prison cell. The evening staff was unprofessional. Talking about things that a guest shouldn't hear but the morning staff was nice and professional. I will NEVER book here again. Just because you're located on Bragg Blvd, doesn't mean that people don't deserve a clean a peaceful environment while staying at this location. Just writing this to help the next guest out. I hope this honest review helps someone out. Run don't walk away from this listing. Sorry Motel 6. This just isn't it. Please do better. Just my opinion.

The room was filthy the people that work there are horrible rude prejudiced there was two towels for three people the air conditioner didn't work I had to go out and buy a fan the fire detector was not connected the refrigerator leaked water the key did not open my room three times and have to wait outside in the heat for 15 to 30 minutes to the last time being over an hour to be let back in my room there was no Wi-Fi to use was told I could have coffee between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. went down for coffee said was told by the office help that the coffee was already out and they would not make anymore I will never visit your facility again
