I have pictures of bugs in the tub, a broken headboard, a toilet that didnt flush and trash still in can. In addition the tv remote was missing and i had to go down to a the front office to get another one which also didnt work. I was as only at the room for a hour and a half before I requested a refund. I text and called the front desk cell number because she was on break and she was no help at all. First she stated maintenance was coming but i didnt within n the short time i was there. I am currently in the process of requesting a refund because i didnt sleep there.I have all the evidence even the text messages between me and the front desk clerk. I just want my money back.

It was so unsuitable and after killing a large cockroach, I left for Hampton Inns hotel. Gives me the shudders to recall the room

I didn't get a room they were booked and I still haven't received my refund I've spoke to you all countless times!!!!

Lets see, they did not clean the room nor change the bedding ( found someone else belongings under the comforter very gross) they have a couple of trap houses in the nearby rooms ( Watch your belongings they run all night every night )the phone didnt work, the microwave didnt work, hood vent didnt work, shower valve had no cold water couldnt take shower longer than 2 mins, the kitchen sink no cold water, the room was covered in grime probably because then hood vent didnt work. Nasty is just not gonna cover the experience there. I will never stay again and may god help whoever does.

The problem is there smail bugs evrywere and there bathroom darty bed no good they dont chenge like week so nusty hotel

The place looked like a shelter or boarding house! The whole place smells like weed and it’s just disgusting and dirty very unsafe unsanitary location This place needs to be shut down or raided

Room was infested w/ bugs. No hot water. Didn’t stay. Couldn’t get reservation cancelled until next morning because no desk staff after 9p. Called the next morning they wouldn’t refund. Avoid them at all cost.
