"I was out of additional money booking a Marriott"

I never stayed. We checked in and my friends room had roaches. My room had a few dead ones and shellings of what could have been baby roaches.

The roaches. The room fire detectors were yellowed. It was unclean to my liking.

"I would never stay in the location like this. I was terrified and traumatized.."

Nothing!!! I checked in and checked right out the building was infested with roaches.

It took an unacceptably long time for them to refund my money, which I find very unprofessional. I contacted them multiple times over several days, and they did not maintain their property properly. This is a franchise.

"Property should be closed immediately!!"

This property is filthy. I killed no less than 8 German cockroaches. AC unit has broken frame. Property smelled. Unsafe property in a very safe area of Chamblee. I will be reporting to health department and BBB
