I was charged $20 for missing towels that were not supplied when I checked in on 26th/27th December 2025 and I followed regular check out protocol when I checked out with the lady at the front office. I want the $20 refunded to my bank account immediately

I want the $20 deducted for missing towels refunded because the room that was rented out only had 3 towels when I checked in i.e.1 wash cloth, I face towel, and 1 floor towel, that was all. Very poor room service. I want my $20 refunded to my bank account
