"Called angry and alone"

I didn’t like anything, especially not being allowed to check in and being having to go through booking.com to fix the situation in which they transferred my reservation to another hotel that’s owned by the same people which would also not let me check in and I was told to email booking.com back immediately to fix the situation. I did they didn’t. I stayed outside all night with all of my luggage and no ride and I’m still not been given a free room or anything no type of respect for me having to sit outside in the cold all night

I didn’t like being able to not check in there, which intern had me residence reserved for another room by the same owners who would not let me check in there and upon reaching back out to booking to fix the situation they did not respond and I stayed outside all night in the cold with all my luggage And booking.com did nothing to make the situation any better I feel like they should reserve a room and they should give me a room for free for staying outside for two nights
