Alles wie immer sehr sauber und auch das Personal sehr engagiert

Es wurden keine korrekten Daten a das Nacht Personal übermittelt, wir hatten vier Zimmer gebucht aber nach Absprache konnten nur drei direkt unterschreiben, für das vierte Zimmer würde erst in der Nacht die Unterschrift fällig werden können. Als wir in den Morgenstunden eintrafen musste wir mit vier Personen darauf warten um das eine Zimmer zu bekommen, das Nacht Personal hatte das vierte Zimmer an andere Reisende vermietet und angeblich waren auch unsere zwei anderen Zimmer nicht für uns. Zuletzt konnten wir ihn davon überzeugen anhand der Buchungen, dass bereits alles bezahlt war und uns das Zimmer Zustand. Wir haben ca.3/4 Stunde allerdings mit ihm diskutieren müssen bis wir das eine Zimmer noch bekamen. Ansonsten waren wir immer sehr zufrieden
