Wir hatten ein Wochenende im Hotel Conti in Duisburg gebucht, weil wir Freunde besucht hatten. Wir sind mit unserem Hund angereist und hatten leider übersehen, dass im Hotel keine Haustiere erlaubt sind. Das Personal war dennoch unglaublich freundlich und verständnisvoll. Obwohl der Fehler bei uns lag, wurde uns der komplette Betrag erstattet – eine wirklich großzügige Geste. Für die Freundlichkeit und Menschlichkeit des Teams möchten wir ein ganz großes Lob aussprechen. So einen herzlichen Service erlebt man selten. Wir kommen beim nächsten Besuch (ohne Hund) sehr gerne wieder und können das Hotel nur empfehlen. 😊

Frühstücksbrötchen sind einfache Aufbackware, ansonsten ist das Frühstück aber gut.

Zimmer zum Hof Zimmer ausreichend groß Parkplatz

Aufzug defekt. Keine Beschilderung am Parkplatz um den Hoteleingang zu finden Absolut keine Haltemöglichkeit um einzuchecken oder wenigsten das Gepäck auszuladen. Man muss sich in die Bushaltestelle stellen!
