Our room and the facility was clean. Staff was friendly.

The hotel did not honor the price quoted on the booking.com app. The check-in person was dishonest about how the payment was handled. They offered a good breakfast, but put out only a limited quantity and didn't replenish once it was gone. Get to breakfast early! The TV in our room did not work; the front desk person came into our room around 10 at night to check on the problem, didn't know what to do, and then left without a word about it. The morning person resolved the TV issue, but by then it was check-out time.

Stay was fine. Blood stain on our sheets but we got in so late (2am) that we didn't want to deal with it. Everything else was seemingly clean. Very small room. Musty. No fan in bathroom and since it's so small it just contributes to mustiness. Doable for our short stay.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The hotel was light, bright and clean. The location was convenient for our travels.

This was a 2day stay. Booked a one room suite through Booking. Checked in and ended up with a two queen room at Quality Inn. Even after showing all my information on Booking about reserving a one room suite...still ended up with a two queen room. Was told I'd have to pay extra for a suite even though I already paid for a "suite" on booking.

The location

I always wait to do these surveys until I know for sure everything us cleared out. I stayed here on the 4th of june and checked out the morning of the 5th. When I checked out, I specifically asked for a receipt for the stay. We'll the clerk wouldn't print one out. That should've thrown up a red flag because the way they get over on you is your deposit. They charged my card $50 dollars on the 11th of June 6 days after I checked out of the room. Which is wrong no matter how you look at it.
