SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Asheboro

Well the pool was closed which was the main reason we booked it and it didn’t say anywhere on there sit that it wasnt open.

It wasn’t very clean- we have kids and hung out in the back yard area since the pool was closed- there was a bunch of broken glass on the ground (2 of our kids cut themselves on it), cigarette buttes everywhere, the tables we’re filthy and falling apart. The breakfast was abismal. Rooms smelled horrible and weren’t clean. Our feet were dirty just from walking on them- which is DISGUSTING. The staff was very friendly and helpful and that was literally the only good thing about this place.

Great location

Could have had breakfast ended a little later. When you are on vacation, a slow morning is encouraged.

Location, and noise level was low which we liked

You only had smoking rooms available and we are non smokers and would have liked non smoking room

Breakfast and location is normal.

My room was on noisy side and I did not sleep well. When I booked the room I asked to give me a room in quiet side of the hotel but they did not react to this.

Very clean, convenient location

Beds were a bit firm

Close to zoo and antique shops! Clean and friendly staff!
