Price was double what the room usually charges. Blanket and bedspread had cigarette holes in them. A cockroach was on bathroom mirror when I turned on light during the night, it ran and disappeared under mirror frame.

we did not request smoking room. They said we requested from booking. Com, a smoking room. we did not. they had no other room available and there were no other options available at all in the area. the room was horrible with smoke smell. Will never use booking. Com again.

That the room was clean and the jacuzzi work

The beds were small the TV didn't work on the first day I supposed to have a joint room but I only had a double bed with two adults and a teenager and the beds

Our crew came down last minute for storm damage clean up. The hotel staff went out of their way to get me rooms as needed. After we checked out, my crews were stuck in a different (horrible) hotel situation. The staff (Mina?) called me personally a few days later, just to see if I needed any rooms and they fully rescued my crew from an awful stay elsewhere. The customer service here is OUTSTANDING!
