It was clean, not the greatest neighborhood

The bed was comfortable. It was close to the venue I was attending and many food and shopping options.

The exterior was filthy. Many of the parking spaces were filled with broken junk (old appliances and shopping carts). There were cigarette burns in the bedding even though it was smoke free. The floor was broken in the room, light fixtures hanging, tile and molding coming apart from the walls. The television didn't work initially. They fixed it. The phone never did work. I prepaid but they asked how I planned on paying. I had to show them I'd already paid. I checked in online but they made me do it all again when I got there, even though they called me on the phone the morning before to verify my check in details and run my payment. The facilities were very old. Days Inn bought a VERY old run down property and smacked some lipstick on a pig. They didn't use enough make up. Breakfast options were a joke. Walmart brand yogurt and coffee with powdered creamer were what was best. I didn't see any bugs.

Rooms being refreshed my room had exposed wires also drywall repairs not finished

Friendly staff

Room was very clean and comfortable. The area the hotel was in was a little less than desirable.
