Very nice older gentleman checked us in at about 320am after leaving another hotel that was horrible. The rooms were clean and the shower pressure was great.

Overall the customer service and staff was very good. Super nice and very accommodating. The toilets were loose in our rooms, the faucets in the bathtubs were super loose. The windows needed caulked (it looked like just foam but no caulk). The floors in our rooms were filthy. Definitely need swept/mopped/steam mopped. The breakfast was the typical Continental breakfast.

"Gross smell in room"

Room smelled like urine. Was worse smelling turning on the ac. We dealt with it due to being so tired. Next morning I went to get coffee and some breakfast. One of the staff (short lady with Bob haircut) was talking to another gentleman that also worked there. She said something funny, and I giggled. She in turn accused me of making fun of her. I didn’t even say anything. The gentleman stood up for me, and said “no she didn’t” and “why would she do that”. It ruined my morning, and when my morning gets ruined, it carries over to the rest of the day. First and only rudeness in all of Tennessee!

The Air Conditioner and the sink were leaking all Over the floor. It’s usually a solid hotel with a few knick knacks here and there but this time it soaked all my clothes!!

"Awful smell"

The room smelled like stale cigarettes and sweat. The smell was in everything including the pillows.
