The staff is very friendly and helpful. Workout room is decent. The bed is comfortbale. Good location for us.

Although everything was clean, the room could use a bit of freshening up around the edges. Furthermore, the outlets did not work well, and the door key kept showing red. The batteries needed changing, and there was some other issue with the door lock they had to work on, which took a day. The coffee was rather weak, and the bagels were pretty bad. The pool area is uncomfortable.
