"I was very AFRAID"

I had a place to lay with hot water

Employee/owner gave me keys to the WRONG room. Had to climb stairs up/down one side. Up/down other side. Assigned room "per key card" was occupied, I could have been harmed (KILLED, in Albany, GA) opening someone else door! I was so afraid. Up original steps again. Television had No Signal entire time.

I checked in pretty late, around 10:45pm. I was given a room, get to the room and pull back the sheets to spray the bed with lysol and there was hair all over the sheets. They did give us another room, but in this room we couldn't watch TV because it was only showing static, the bed was worn out, the top portion of the mattress was worn down like it had been turned from the foot to the head. It needs a new mattress. Breakfast was over at 10am so we missed that.
