The staff was friendly and helpful.

The world smell strongly of smoke or construction workers. But it’s adequate and a pinch.

This property was terrible!! There was roaches in the bed had to move to a different room which was better because no bugs but it was still hard to get comfortable after the first room...The whole hotel from the office to the rooms smelt like an ashtray but it was supposed to be a non smoking establishment. The only thing that was good about this hotel was the staff member at the desk that tried her best to help me, if it wasn't for her this hotel would of gotten one star

The location was fine and overall the property was quiet.

The rooms are a little run down. Bad patch jobs on the walls, brackets on walls where something used to be, paper towels or toilet paper stuck in holes with missing screws make it look shoddy. There were several hair balls outside my door, which was kind of gross. The hotel could use a better repair man and painter.

Location to ECU. I’ve stayed here many times and usually have a very good experience.

Room #1: toilet clogged full of paper at checking Room #2: keys would not work because lock was broken Room #3: finally something we could stay in At checkout, I asked for some form of reimbursement. They gave me $12 back. Seriously? For all the running up and down the stairs, I had to do with my luggage and issues? Then the front desk staff told me I had a “funky ass attitude and get the hell out” when they reimbursed my $12 to the wrong credit card and I asked (nicely!) for it to be put on the correct card. The whole thing was an absolute shit show.

This property does not belong on Booking.com. I have booked with Booking.com for 10+ years and this is the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. There is no access to the lobby, you have to ring a bell and someone comes to a plexiglass window with a small slot to slide a credit card through. The hotel does not appear to be safe. Needless to say, we did not stay there.

We always stay here the only thing is the floors could have been cleaned better..housekeeping needs to step up on the floors
