"Lovely hotel let down by facilities on the way and didn’t do enough to rectify it"

Room was beautiful and hotel was beautiful, great restaurant and overall hotel quality

No hot water when we got to our room had to go and shower in a different room, aircon didn’t work either so our room was freezing Hotel staff did their best to amend but didn’t offer us anything back which considering quality and price wa surprising.

We were upgraded from our more modest room to a King Suite for our 3 nights, which made our stay exceptional. Such a lovely spacious room. We felt very lucky. We were staying mid-week, which may have helped. Facilities were great, with lots of lounge spots to sit. Good breakfast included. Hot dishes were not large, but sufficient with fruit, pastries, toast etc. Staff were lovely. Great location to drive around.

We ate in at the restaurant one night, and had the degustation. We did not find it good value for the expense and were a bit disappointed with the quality of the food on that night. Food appeared undercooked and not hot for a few dishes. Wine prices were very high too. If you want a more hearty meal, order a la carte perhaps, or go to the excellent nearby places such as Many Little and the Red Gum Smoke house.

"2nd stay not quite as lovely as the first but we’d stay again."

VERY comfortable bed and pillows. Stunning place. In a beautiful area that’s close to everything. It was our second stay with you as we loved it the first time.

Made the mistake of booking on a night you were hosting a wedding. We didn’t bother with our complimentary breakfast (that we so enjoyed last time) as it was noisy and busy. In room breakfast was offered but it’s just not the same.

"Romanticly beautiful in every way!"

It was lovely to take a walk around the gardens and be surrounded with such natural beauty. Very peaceful and quiet and the fireplace in the main room was very welcoming after a long day of travel.

It was my own fault as I didn’t check when the restaurant and winery was open, so we didn’t get to experience all that Lindenberry had to offer. But with that being said the breakfast was amazing and if that is any indication of what lunch or dinner will be like. We will be back very soon! Wonderful attentive staff.
