The location was good and serene among the hill and staffs are very friendly and warm welcomed. The food at the dining room was fantastic and the service was excellent.

Comparing to other 5-star hotels, some of facilities needs maintenance, in-detailed caring and changed to the upgraded ones. We got the garden balcony room but the table and chairs outside were so dusty. The spider webs were every corner. Also, the in-room telephone was broken and some of mini bar snacks are expired such as almond nut.

Very peaceful setting, the domain is stunning. The staff is so welcoming and warm. The breakfast was also really nice. We want to make a special mention to Juliette and Scarlet at the reception. They were so kind to us, accomodating and made the whole experience memorable. You both are amazing! Thank you <3

Some areas need a little maintenance/freshen up. Nothing major.
