Old Bank Hotel

A lovely hotel the only reason I gave it a 4 is because getting to it if tyre driving there was very difficult to navigate. If a guest is using other transport this hotel is very very hard to beat. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was superb, being right in the centre of Oxford and also within very easy walking distance of the bus stop for the "Oxford Tube". The lounge and library were very pleasant.

The only downside for us was that we found the restaurant to be very noisy in the evening so after the first evening we had evening dinner in our room.

The breakfast was wonderful. Lots of delicious options and pleasantly served.

The best location in Oxford. Staff was friendly. Welcome tea was very nice. Clean bathroom and great service.

The hotel staff was excellent, but if the restaurant staff (including chefs) could be more friendly with some smiles, like if they could greet guests consistently with friendly attitude whenever seeing guests, that would take this hotel's service to perfection, in my opinion.
