Great staff. Timely room service. Comfortable beds. Walkable to everything in Puerto Morelos.

Property is a little worn and the pictures online are deceptive. Torn/peeling/stained wall paper and water/rust stained bathroom. Disliked additional charges on check-in.

Tres bon emplacement La vue du 5eme avec piscine est sublime Literie tres confort et chambre spacieuse.. Personnel accueillant et serviable.

Perfect location, rooftop pool is stunning and well equipped. Pastries & coffee on the ground floor is a nice touch. When we had a water leak in our room due to heavy rain, the girl at the front desk (Ilie?) came and had a look and quickly offered us another room.

Despite being advertised as open from 3 pm every day, the pool bar was closed 3 of the 5 days we were there (one of those was due to the rainstorm).

Location was fine, the village isn’t large anyway. Great view from the rooftop. Bed was large and comfy.

Certainly not a boutique hotel. We’ve been welcomed by the most unmotivated person ever. This guy didn’t even bother to look at us, his mobile phone was more interesting. Extremely respect less and rude ti treat guests like that ! The room was standard at most, cleaning was done to a bare minimum only. There was still sand everywhere. The rooftop bar was closed and the terrace itself was not very welcoming, you’re better at the beach. Looking to the shuttle service they promote? The employee at the reception asks you to make an inquiry via the booking app they can’t help you at all. It took them over a day to reply and then they send us pricing for a taxi from Cancun airport to the hotel (65 USD btw) which was not what we wanted. We had to go to the airport. Basically the shuttle service is non existing they offer you one of those taxis of the airport mafia. Take a normal taxi, they charged us 600 pesos only for the ride to the airport.

Situé à côté de la place principale, face à une boulangerie Française excellente (on ne trouve pas partout des viennoiseries aussi bonnes en France!) Et proche de Maria Bonita, parfait pour petit déjeuner aussi mais plus à l'anglaise (brioche à la cannelle succulente ). L’hotel offre en libre service de l’eau fraiche, du café et des gâteaux à côté de l’accueil

Rien parfait à l’hotel. Il faut absolument éviter le restaurant situé face à l’hotel : John Grey, ils se veulent chic, si vous ne consommez pas assez le serveur est limite grossier. Attention au moment de payer le serveur A COMPTÉ 100% de pourboire!! Et la pizza au fromage de chèvre c’est une petite galette style tortilla de 12 cm de diamètre avec du fromage kiri écrasé dessus ah oui quand même un peu de persil. A fuir !
