It was a nice hotel, staff was so nice.

I think the hotel needs an update, looks dated and the beds and pillows need to be replaced.

Location

There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and over the carpet. The room smelled really musty the wood panel on the window was dusty. It was definitely the most uncomfortable hotel stay we’ve ever had. 🥺They put us in a room that needed to be renovated.

"Horrible experience"

I wasn't informed about the property holding an extra $100. Upon check in I complained about it and was told Sorry, they won't release those funds for 5-10 business days and there was nothing they could do. Additionally, there was no luggage caddy to assist me bring my bags up to my room.

easy access

bathtub did not drain fast enough....and the stuff let other guest park in front of the door it is blocking entrance difficult to bring in luggage dolly
