"舒适、放松，睡的很好，吃的也很开心💗"

住宿环境虽然一般，但能看出工作人员在尽量最大化的保持干净整洁，另外早餐不错，厨房那位女士忙碌的身影和食物的摆放无不透露着她的用心。接待处的女孩们也让我如沐春风，没有对我蹩脚的英文表现出不耐烦，我非常的感谢💗🥰

酒店的硬件设施也许需要升级一下，如我房间的门卡不太好用，但这不是最重要的。我觉得酒店的核心竞争力是里面每位员工真诚的笑容😊、友善和尊重。这一点我见到的女士们已经做的很好了。

Location

No washing machine available to do our Landry for our entire weeks stay. Every time we asked when it would be fixed they did not know. In addition there was no fresh juice for breakfast as the machine was also broken. We have stayed at this hotel in numerous occasions and was very disappointed

"I had guests here to stay the night and it was not a good experience"

Being greeted by Alex set the stage!! What a wonderful person to have as the face of this Hotel. The hotel was pristine and the room and beds so comfortable. Next trip to Temecula we are definitely staying here!!
