Great location, spacious rooms.

Leafy, very pleasant area, close to Stanley Park.

1.Swimming pass : The reason I booked this suite was they offered swimming : this suite host claimed that they offered swimming pass for the guest at the time when I booked, actually it was one of the decisive reason that prompted me to book this suite. But when I checked , I called the management , the management informed me that they didn‘t offer swimming pass. the guest has to go to Second Beach a community out door swimming pool to pay for it and get reimbursement which came as a big surprise to me given I brought my swimming suite with me and planned swimming every day during my stay. When I checked on the map, it takes 11 minutes walking from Rosellen suite to this swimming pool. it was not practical for a guest to walk 11 minutes for swimming after a long day touring. If suite management stated clearly on the booking site that this is a community outdoor swimming pool so that I was aware that ahead of time, absolutely I won't book this suite. On their booking site, the information provided was vague , there was no transparent. it was totally not worth of the money I paid 2. Concierge: the suite management didn't provide transparent info about their concierge service. after the booking, through the email exchange, I was able to discover that their concierge was only from 9 am to 5: 00 pm weekdays, 9- 3 weekend. when asked, their answer was that giving them a call if there was an emergency that came to me as a second surprise 3. the coffee table before the couch in the room was a worn out chest making me not comfortable and disgusting seeing a worn-out chest in front of the couch, which was a big difference from the picture they posted on booking site. I guaranteed you if any potential saw this worn-out chest placed in front of the couch before they made a reservation, no one will book their suite

Could use some updating. Has a lounge with coffee, but only accessible during staff hours

It has a kitchen and parking. Easy check-in instructions and friendly check-out. The best thing was the location. Easy walk to restaraunts and shops and steps to Stanley Park!

Great location near Stanley Park and beach. Staff were helpful with checking in and out and leaving car for rest of the day after checking out. Laundry facilities were good.
