The white lady in the front office is rude she told a uber eats delivery person that had a lot of food in her hand to wait outside in the rain and was very much unprofessional and if she is the manager she needs to be remove. Very nasty service! Don’t recommend anyone to stay here

It's convenient but that's all.

Roaches in the room. Door for bathroom won't close. Bed was not connected to the wall and shook all over the place. Room smelled. Roaches and more Roaches.

Our stay was amazing. Staff is friendly, great customer service.

It was roaches everywhere! I was discussed. Only got 2 hours a sleep.

All shops are nearby, easy to get to...Hotel parking safe and reliable. The rooms are very clean The staff is very nice. I love them They always take care of me.

It was perfect for one or 2 nights. Service was and is excellent. The steps/stairs could use a lil cleaning, and the magnetic keys and doors could use a lil update, other than that, my stay was very comfortable.

If I could give zero stars, I would. From the moment we arrived, this hotel made it clear that guests are an inconvenience, not customers. Check-in was an absolute nightmare. Instead of walking into a lobby like a normal hotel, you’re forced to stand outside in Florida heat and use a grimy wall phone just to request assistance. After waiting, we were finally given a key – only to find out it didn’t work when we got to the room. Back outside we went, forced to use the wall phone again. The same woman who had just checked us in minutes earlier acted as though she had no idea who we were or why we were back. The room itself wasn’t clean, which only added insult to injury. If basic hospitality and cleanliness are too much to expect, this place shouldn’t even be open. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and downright embarrassing for a hotel chain of this size. Extended Stay America should be ashamed to put their name on this property. Save yourself the headache and stay literally anywhere else.
