Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more. Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee. Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee. A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment. Cash is not accepted. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of USD 25 per day for the first 6 nights applies, and USD 15 per day thereafter. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. An additional charge of USD 10 per hour applies for early check-in between 7:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Early check-in between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM may be complimentary, subject to availability. Any damage to linen (pillow, bedsheet, duvet or towel) caused by guests will incur a charge. Smoking in non-designated areas will incur an additional charge of USD 250. Please note that additional unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of USD 50 per guest per night. Utility Fee - A utility fee of USD 2 per room, per day is applicable and will be charged during the stay. Please note that parking for large vehicles is subject to availability at the hotel. An additional charge of $25 per night may apply, payable directly at the property. Security Deposit - A refundable security deposit is required at the time of check-in. For stays of up to 7 days, a deposit of $50 will be collected, while stays exceeding 7 days will require a deposit of $100. The full deposit amount will be refunded upon checkout. Payment is by credit card only; cash is not accepted. Guests arriving at the property for check-in outside front desk assistance hours are required to call the phone number displayed at the front desk for check-in support.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
