There were little flies in the bathroom

Breakfast was non existent. Coffee only but no cups. Only one mirror in the room above bathroom sink. Fan in restroom loud and did not remove the fog. Shower head was awesome! Towels were limited, no hand towels so we used the one in kitchenette. Check in staff was uninterested and we did not feel very welcomed.

I had the king suite with two restrooms and a sofa bed which was spacious for three adults

Cleanliness was told by front desk they only have two housekeepers for the entire hotel and rooms are cleaned after a 14 day stay. Well I checked n and the floors were dirty room had an awful pet urine smell and there was an infestation of ants. I had to go to the store to buy cleaning products and clean myself. I did ask for a room change and I was handed a key for a new room once I opened the door to that room it was not cleaned at all good beer bottles everywhere

The set up of the room seems to be efficient, including certain kitchen facilities

That there were no glasses or forks or knives, for example. This becomes a problem if the breakfast is instant oatmeal but there’s no place where you can find a cup in a spoon to eat it and prepared with.

Every thing staff are very respectful!!!
