The room was dirty! Beds had hair all over sheets and blankets, and had stains! Room smelled horrible!

Late check in was a hassle because someone stole the phone that would contact the rep. My non smoking room smelt bad and there was food in refrigerator that was not cleaned up. Bed was comfy kinda tho.

Location convenience and the staff in the office were very nice.

Bathroom was filthy like it wasn't even cleaned. Pubic hairs in the shower, used Q-tip on the floor, and used wash cloth hanging on shower curtain rod.

My room was nearby the Target loading dock; so trucks started showing up early. Also, the neighbors were loud through the wee hours of the AM - but that is not necessarily under the hotel's control.

The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, to the point it made my throat hurt in the morning. The door didn't seal all the way so I could see outside with the door closed.

Couldnt complete my stay because they wouldnt change my checkin day until the next day, waste of money

I booked this hotel through Expedia. When I went to check in, they said there were no rooms available. They had overbooked, and I could talk to Expedia about it. Expedia does not talk to anybody. You can chat, but you can't talk. I was without a place to stay, and with three people working on it, we were able to find a place miles away. Never again will I book through Expedia or stay with this chain.

Barking dogs cigarettes smoke and people arguing and yelling all night. Uncomfortable bed and the rooms are very tired and need maintenance badly.
