Absolutely horrible conditions! Stained bedding, mold in bathroom, staff rude and inconsiderate! Do not stay here!

When I 1st walked in, I knew I booked at the wrong hotel. It was dirty, and not welcoming at all. At my arrival, the guy checking me in said they couldn't fulfill my reservation and the desk clerk was showing signs of being upset. Terrible customer service skills and made me feel like it was my fault. He finally handed me a key and as I was going to my car to find a parking spot, I found a lot of foreigners hanging out drinking and carrying on like drunk idiots. I ended up parking in a handicapped parking spot so as to be closer to the entrance & a we'll lit spot. The room wasn't very clean, floor was sticky, toilet seat was barely hanging on and the kitchen was hardly wiped down. The whole place smelled of cigarettes and I felt very unsafe all night with load talking & commotion all night long.

The location was good with enough parking.

The bathroom door handle was installed incorrectly which caused it to not be able to lock and to catch on the door frame. The bathtub was not clean. The toilet lid did not fit the toilet correctly.

The staff is friendly and this property is clean. But it is showing it's age. There are a few holes in some hallway walls. Sink stoppers do not work. And building maintenance could use some tender loving care. But all appliances and both elevators worked. Not deluxe , but not a dump.

Lots of people outside late smoking. Kitchen was empty- needed to get basics at front desk. Waited to checkout- eventually just left keys and a note at the front desk.

Indifferent staff. Lobby and elevators were very dirty and disgusting. Grab and go breakfast was a joke (no fresh fruit options). Very dirty, dusty and moldy. Walls, curtains, linens penetrated with cigarette smell, although rooms are supposed to be non-smoking. Kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator) all had food stains from previous guests. It’s obvious, no thorough cleaning and maintenance are performed. Would NOT stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, efficient and polite. The beds were freshly clean. The facility could use some updating and maintenance but nothing that caused a problem for our stay.

Concrete sidewalk to front door needed a good scrubbing. Elevator smelled of marijuana. Carpet in our room was filthy and bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. Beds were good and the halls were quiet.
