Extended Stay America Suites - Fremont - Fremont Blvd South

We booked our rooms a week in advance. When we got there we were told our rooms were not available due to booking through a third party. The hotel was not clean. Needs upgrades all around.

I booked two rooms because I had my minor (8-10 year olds) children with me. They didn’t give me adjourning rooms. They booked me on one floor and my kids on a different one. Has to leave, pay, and find another room. Very stressful and disappointing. Staff seem to not care.

Love the location but the sheets in the room were not clean especially sheets in the sofa bed. Need to be better at cleaning room. Also no ice machine or vending machine near any rooms . People outside making noise and nobody was asked to keep it down. Great hotel but not too clean or peaceful
