The toilet didn’t work, I tried to change from a two day stay to a one day, and the gentleman said sure then charged my card for the second night. Online it looked really nice but in person it was gloomy and depressing, I also had to wait 30 mins to even get my card for my room and while waiting by myself he was on his phone on tiktok

It was close to a lot of locations we wanted to go to

I paid in full two months ahead of time like always At check in I was told I hadn't The person at the desk acted like I was dumb and would just pay again But I had email confirmation and in app confirmation Then he said booking .com used their card to pay after charging my card so I felt like he was trying to scan me I will not book here again

It was comfortable peaceful and clean

Well as I was getting ready to check out at 11am. While I was still in the room a person came into the room from the Motel. While it may have been a couple of minutes past the the the 11am time frame. I think they could have waited until I left before they opened the door. I was polite of course. I gave him a heads up on that for the future...
