Our employees reported bugs in the room however they did not tell the front desk about it. The reported it to me a day later.

Location.

I booked two rooms and had a very unpleasant experience. The first room was missing a bathroom door knob, and the second had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. After complaining, the front desk changed the room with the odor and promised to fix the door knob the next morning. However, when we entered the newly assigned room, we found water leaking from the floor—unclear what type of water it was, but it was truly disgusting. I went back to the front desk and was told there were no available rooms left, but they offered a refund. It was already 11:30 PM, and with no alternative options nearby, I had no choice but to stay. The next morning, they finally moved us to a different room. Additionally, the area around the motel felt unsafe, with several suspicious individuals loitering nearby. Overall, this was a frustrating and uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this place to others.

There was no Breakfast

No Blanket on the Bed I had to use my Blanket from my Car! No Cups No Glasses No Coffee!

The place was all run down, everything kind of look destroyed. I had to rig the AC to get it to work, the toilet was leaking from the tank. Everything just looked dirty. The only thing that was truly clean were the beds. tried getting out of my reservation and hotels.com and the hotel itself were no help, so My ailing mother and I had to suffer through. Most of the inhabitants of the hotel looked unhoused and drug users and/or prostitutes.

The price was one of the cheaper ones but I would spend the extra money next time to stay at a clean hotel this place was disgusting there was cobwebs dangling from the ceiling and a booger smeared all over the wall in the bathroom among many other disgusting marks on the walls.

This place was absolutely filthy there was rips in the curtains for people to see in the bed moved all over the floor and the blanket was the most uncomfortable blanket I've ever had to use in my life I just ripped it off and used the sheet. And it smelled like bleach excessively but it was not clean.
