Extended Stay America Suites - Fort Worth - Medical Center

The Location was great for attending a concert at Dickies arena and some decent restaurants and fast food in walking distance of the hotel

It wasn't worth the money..too small

Just wasn't worth the money,then found somewhere else to stay and no refund

The location is awesome but the hotel and everything with it is at the opposite side of the spectrum.

The room smelt like cigars, weed and cigarettes were all burnt into the carpet and seasoned for 6 years. Even though all rooms are listed as non smoking. I wore my shoes everywhere inside. Bathroom was dirty. Shower curtain had what looked like ash fall off of it. One side of the curtain was missing all the hooks except the first and last one. Witnessed an eviction. Asked another guest if her room smelt, and she said not hers, but her aunts room did. The front desk seems to care as much as whoever cleans. Warning: If you go here, bring your hazmat suit.

You over booked me. They didn't have a room available to me.

Tenía una reservacion y antes de llegar me llamaron del hotel para decir que no había cuartos disponibles . Y estaba cancelada la reservacion. Así que tuve que regresar a mi cuidad después del evento . Pido ayuda debido a que como quiera se hizo el cobro en mi banco .

The bed was comfortable

This hotel made the $10/night hotels I stayed at in Southeast Asia look like the Ritz Carlton. The room was extremely dated with metal surfaces covered in rust. The room had a strong odor of urine and stale cigarettes and the base of the walls wasn’t cleaned and was full of hair, crumbs, and other garbage. The bed had hair strands on it and the door didnt even open without forcing it upwards. Upon asking for a new room I was told they didn’t have any room despite a completely empty parking lot. I couldn’t even relax in the room due to the overpowering smell and lack of any isolation of noise from the adjacent parking garage and rooms. Pay a little more and stay elsewhere, it really isn’t worth the low cost.

The staff were courteous to a fault, and really went out of their way to resolve any problem
